In case you are not familiar with Amiga/AROS API then you can use the RKRM manuals for more information. An online version of those can be found
here and also
aminet can be used to peek into other people's sources when they are present.
It's fun to play around with these cheap boards in this day and age, usually very rewarding so i would say go for it
AROS is also very fun to play with (hosted) on a pi and an arduino board can be added into that setup as well.
