Yes, everyone is free to do what he/she thinks best, I only wrote my thoughts, right or wrong, maybe my 68 years of age lead me to think this way, maybe when they reach 70 they will think like me.

there is no right and wrong there

it is just a different view

Dear friends. I have all of the Amiga series. But I recently sold my A4000 040/A2000 gvp 040 toester/A1200/500+/500 to those who want it. I still have a500 amiga cdtv but only as decoration. When the Amiga existed for me, they gave me the future with vision, performance, and a gui I've never seen before. We are almost the same age as Amigasystem. And congratulations on your foresight. because the amiga existed for a revolution, not for nostalgia. Aros is a very good initiative. It has the potential to realize this revolutionary transformation. but the passions of the past seem to anchor him.

Some may want to experience the nostalgia of the past, and that's perfectly normal. But that only stops you.
One problem I noticed is this. An operating system cannot progress without driver support and software support. Aros seems stuck on this one. I am just retired. I was a rusty former amiga user and amateur programmer. I started researching this. I am fiddling with the codes to see if I can make the Reactos or linux kernel driver compatibility compatible with the aros kernel. It doesn't seem simple. I think that a driver compatibility without breaking the structure of Aros can be a good thing for Aros.
