Is the GT 650M working? It's in my Dell Laptop, using Kepler and Optimus with the integrated Intel HD 4000.

the minimum requirement for plays all 3d games optimally is on geforce 6000 series, well if have 512 mb of ram, i'm tested also doom 3 with success
